Monongalia County Board of Health
Board of Health Meetings are held the last Thursday in each of the following months: January, March, May, July, September and November. The meetings begin at 9 a.m. in the Monongalia County Health Department's Training Center.
Samuel Chico, III Board of Health Chair
Mr. Chico was appointed to fill an unexpired term in May 2007. Mr. Chico was elected Board of Health Chair on July 26, 2007. He was reappointed in July 2010; his current term ends June 30, 2015.
August Lucci Board of Health Member, Central District
Mr. Lucci has served on the Board of Health since July 1, 1999. He was reappointed for another five year term on July 1, 2009. His term expires June 30, 2014.
Donna Tennant Board of Health Vice Chair, Western District
Mrs. Tennant was appointed to the board in July 2007 for a five year term. Mrs. Tennant was elected Board of Health Vice Chair on July 26, 2007. Her term expires on June 30, 2012.
Robert Wheeler Board of Health Member, Eastern District
Mr. Wheeler was appointed to the board in August 2008 for a five year term. His term expires on June 30, 2013.
Michael Todt, Board of Health Member, Western District
Mr. Todt was appointed to the board Sept 23, 2011 for a five-year term. His term expires June 30, 2016.

Health Officer, Monongalia County
Vincent P. Kolanko, MD Dr. Kolanko first served as County Health Officer in 1989, serving through 1994. He was again appointed as Health Officer in August 1998 by the Board of Health.
