Home Health
Home Health Services are provided to patients in their homes or where they stay to enable them to recuperate or learn to live independently with an injury, disability, or long-term illness.
We offer a wide variety of medical services to Monongalia County and surrounding counties: Skilled Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Social Services, Home Care Aides, and Nutritional Services.
We are available to our patients by telephone seven days per week and 24 hours per day, including holidays. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Patients will not be discriminated against for reasons of origin, race, creed, sex, age, or ability to pay.
There are several ways home health services are paid for: Medicare, Medicaid, Black Lung, Vocational Rehabilitation, Private Insurance Worker's Compensation, and Private Pay. Our agency does the billing for the patient by submitting the necessary forms for the above services.

Eligibility
Home Health services are available for patients who must be confined to their homes due to illness or an injury. They must be under the care of a physician, and the physician must certify that the patient is in need of a skilled service such as nursing, physical therapy, or speech therapy services.
