1.) From Interstate 68 W, take the Pierpont Road Exit. After exiting, turn right and merge into the left lane. From Interstate 68 E, take the Pierpont Road Exit. After exiting, turn left and stay in the left lane.
2.) Continue through the first light-Huntington Bank and an Exxon is on the left while the entrance to Glenmark Centre with Lowe’s, Outback, Ruby Tuesday’s, etc. is on the right.
3.) As you approach the bottom of the hill, get into the left turning lane to turn left at the second traffic light.
4.) At the top of the hill, go straight through the third traffic light-Back Bay is on the right.
5.) At the fourth traffic light, turn right onto Rte 705. (You will see the signs for the Hospital indicating the turn.)
6.) Follow this road and merge into the left lane after the fifth traffic light on 705. Continue through the sixth, seventh, & eighth lights. At the ninth traffic light, turn left. (You will be at a four-way intersection and BB&T & Hardees will be on your right.)
7.) You are now on Van Voorhis Road. You will pass Health South/Mountainview Regional Rehab Hospital on your left and a Dairy Mart on your right.
8.) Once on Van Voorhis Road merge into the left lane. Continue about 2/10 of a mile and you will see “Fieldcrest Dormitory” on the left; You will pass Applebees & Hampton Inn on the right. At the light turn left immediately after Fieldcrest Dormitory– this is Elmer Prince Drive.
9.) Take the first and only left on this street. Centra Bank will be on the left corner and your turn is just past the entrance to the bank.
10.) The health department is the tan brick building on the right. The lower level entrance is on this road. Continue past the building and to the right for the side parking lot.
1.) From Interstate 79 N, take the Star City Exit, No. 155. After exiting, merge right. From Interstate 79 S, take the Star City Exit, No. 155. After exiting, turn left and merge into the right lane.
2.) Continue right at the first light onto US Rt. 119 (you will see Sheetz on the right at this intersection).
3.) Cross over the new bridge and continue straight through the next traffic light and up the hill. You will pass a small shopping center on the right and fast food establishment on the left.
4.) You will pass Shoney’s Restaurant on the left. Merge into the left lane.
5.) At the top of the hill merge into the far left turning lane. You will see the West Virginia University Coliseum on the right.
6.) At the traffic light, turn left. You are now on Patteson Drive.
7.) Continue straight through the next two lights and get into the right lane.
8.) As you approach the upcoming curve, Fieldcrest Dormitory is in front of you. Bare right at the light. This is Elmer Prince Drive and the Fieldcrest Dormitory is now on your left.
9.) Get into the left lane. Centra Bank will be on the left corner. Turn left at the first crossing past Centra Bank.
10.) The health department is the tan brick building on the right past Centra Bank. The lower level entrance is on this road. Continue past the building and to the right for the side parking lot.
