Pediatric Clinic
This clinic is available to children under 21 years of age. Private insurance, Medicaid, and CHIP are accepted. Medicaid-managed care is not accepted.
This clinic is the second Tuesday of every month by appointment only.
The pediatric clinic offers well child visits, sports physicals, camp physicals and head start/early childhood physicals. This clinic also offers sick visits for established patients, immunizations, vision and hearing screening, hemoglobin checks and referrals for blood lead screening.
