Auxiliary Aids
Monongalia County Health Department provides assistance for patients and clients who have difficulty hearing or speaking, who speak a language other than English, or have mobility difficulties, such as qualified interpreters, sign language, readers and translators and assistive devices. If you are in need of any of these services, please notify a staff member. Arrangements can also be made ahead of time.
Grievance Procedure Information
If you believe that Monongalia County Health Department has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion or gender, you can file a grievance using the contact information below. Grievances will be acknowledged within seven business days and, in most cases, addressed in writing within 30 calendar days.
