For your convenience we accept payment with cash, check or credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Payment is due at the time service is rendered.

Sliding-Fee Discounts

A sliding-fee discount is available to our uninsured dental patients. This sliding-fee discount will only apply to those dental patients who do not have dental insurance.

West Virginia Medicaid and Chip

We accept WV Medicaid and WV CHIP. We will work on your behalf to process your claims for you.

Dental Insurance

If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We can also file a claim and handle insurance questions from our office on your behalf.

CareCredit

We now accept CareCredit, a type of monthly financing, to help with dental costs. With little to no interest rates, CareCredit can be used with or without dental insurances. You can apply online or in our office after your appointment.

New Patient Special

The New Patient Special is $125 for adults 18 and older and includes an exam and X-rays. Cleaning is extra. The $125 fee for children ages 5-17 and the $75 fee for children age 5 and under both include cleaning.
